here are some hints and tips on shooting:

1) Stand on the line, put your shoulders back take a big breath and stand like a guards man.

2) Bring your arms up with the bow in and concentrate on getting a gold.

3) Pull the string back to your nose and cheek and close your left eye (or right if you prefer).

4) Line the string up with a line on your bow to keep it straight.

5) Make sure you are not tipping your bow to the side, aim your sight on the gold (if you have one) and just let go.

6) Finally don't watch the arrow and keep your bow up as these could alter the course of the arrow just as it is leaving the rest.

Do this for every arrow and who knows!
